Mrs High Tea Policies
At Mrs High Tea, we just wanted to let you know a few things about our bookings, payments, cancellation policy along with terms and conditions when dealing with us.
Mrs High Tea bookings policy
• A minimum of 6 people are required to hold a Mrs High Tea party.
• A deposit of 50% is payable on booking.
• A bond fee of $200 will apply at the time of booking for the use of our fine china sets, cutlery, silver servingware and elegant tiered stands. The bond fee will be returned to you when the items are picked up, that being the next day, unless prior arrangement is made.
• A bond fee of $100 will apply at the time of booking for a Girl’s High Tea Party for the use of our fine china sets, cutlery, silver servingware and elegant tiered stands. The bond fee will be returned to you when the items are picked up, that being the next day, unless prior arrangement is made.
• In the event of any items being broken or misplaced, a $50 per item fee will be taken out of the bond fee.
• A travel fee will not apply for functions held within the Melbourne Metropolitan area. If you are outside this area please contact us for a travel fee price.
Mrs High Tea payment policy
• Balance of payment and bond fee will be required on the day of your function.
• A deposit of 50% is payable on booking.
Mrs High Tea cancellation policy
• A cancellation fee of 50% will be charged if cancelled within 48hours of your function.
Mrs High Tea disclaimer
Mrs High Tea wishes to advise that some of our products may contain traces of nuts, dairy and gluten. If you have any concerns regarding these and any other allergies that you or your guests may have please let us know prior to making a booking.

Although we will take every reasonable step through out the booking process to ensure you are made aware of possible allergens, it is your sole responsibility to advise us of any allergies you or your guest may have.

In accordance with food preparation standards, if allergen free ingredients are required then every attempt to avoid cross contamination will be attempted. In addition please note that Mrs High Tea food items are prepared in a facility that also processes nuts, seeds and dairy products.

If you require our food items to be made with alternative ingredients, please discuss these with us prior to making a booking.

 

Food handling and safety
Mrs High Tea is a Manningham City Council approved food handling and manufacturing facility. We are accredited in both food safety handling and are accredited as food safety supervisors giving you complete peace of mind.

All aspects of food storage, preparation and manufacture is done to the strictest levels ensuring both the quality of our ingredients and how they are put together are done to exacting industry standards.
